Payment policy

Payment for services is due on the first
day of service for boarding & pet sitting. For Dog
walking and puppy visits first day of the week... Regarding
the dog walking if you need a friendly reminder we would
be more than happy to do so.

Cancellation of Services
|
24 hours notice is required to cancel any scheduled service.
You may contact us by phone or email.
If
you cancel in less than the 24 hours you will be charged in full for
the missed service. If we show up at your home in the scheduled window
of arrival and your pet is not there you will be charged in full for
the service.
If the dog walker cannot enter your home, if your key
does not work or alarm codes changed without our office being informed,
you are still responsible to pay for the service.

Spaying and Neutering
|
We require that all dogs be either spayed/neutered by 6 months old.
|
Flea/Heartworm prevention
|
All dogs must be on a flea or flea/heartworm
preventive through your Vet. Dogs must also have bordetella
(please provide proof) we reserve the right to refuse
the dog if these conditions are not met.

Licensing your pet
|
It is your responsibility
to license your dog with the City of Toronto.
If animal control requests info regarding ownership etc
we will comply. The fine presently for unlicensed dogs
starts at $240.00 and is your responsibility. (Cheaper
to license J)
